Skype for people outside of AucklandSupervision is a safe place to focus on the supervisee and their work. Together we identify, explore and reflect to solve problems, develop and enhance safe professional practice, manage personal professional boundaries, explore conflicts of interests, set goals and career plans. Good supervision requires an expectation of respecting and valuing each other, to provide the environment for growth and learning. It can focus on the work of the supervisee, or the supervisees personal and professional attributes and how they are used within the work environment.
Gwen's qualifications, experience and skills allow her to work with a wide range of professionals with differing levels of experience. Supervision therefore is tailored to the individual, their working environment and their supervision wishes and needs.
